Keller Corporation Home Inspections

We've had Lance Keller out to inspect for us a number of times -- twice on our purchase of a resale home in 2006 and twice during the build of our new home in 2014.  He is friendly, fair, knowledgeable and cares about his work.  He takes care inspecting homes, offers tips and advice along the way, and doesn't seem to be bothered if you ask him questions.
During our home inspection in 2006, in addition to numerous small issues, he found a hidden dishwasher leak and suggested we have a separate company out for a chimney inspection.  The small leak could've turned into a major problem and the chimney indeed needed repair (which we were able to get the seller to pay for).  His inspection literally saved us thousands of dollars.   
We had Lance out a couple of times in 2014, during the building process of our new home.  Thankfully, most of the issues he found were minor.  He made sure to document anything he thought may possibly cause an issue in the future.
Reports are provided quickly via email.  One of our reports was sent at midnight following inspection that afternoon!
