Everything went very well. Richard is a very courteous, reliable, honest, dependable, professional businessman. Excellent work skills & work ethics. We started this project at first with just painting the interior, and he was always very patient whenever I would add on more & more tasks for him to do, and never hesitate to do them. He would also make suggestions on different ways to complete items to improve the ending appearance of the renovations. Once renovations were completed, the very few touch ups in the paint, he responded immediately to complete the touch ups. This house was a 20 year old home, that had wallpaper in every room, that I removed prior to beginning this job. Needless to say, Richard had his work cut out for him on wall preparation prior to painting, and done a great job.
