Jose's Tree Service

I sent my Angie's List message on the weekend and they responded Monday morning. By the end of Monday I had a great estimate and an agreed upon Wednesday removal (They could have done Tuesday too but I wanted to shop around). They arrived about a half hour late to the agreed upon time window but were quick, efficient, cleaned up well, and took some extra wood scraps that I needed to get rid of. I was very impressed by their efficiency and post cleanup. I would definitely recommend. As a side note, it was fun to watch. My kids definitely enjoyed watching the workers scale the pine trees, saw off branches, grind the roots, and feed wood chipper.

We'd seen Pro Landscaping working in our community in North Asheville for years and knew other residents and landscapers were impressed with their tree work and general landscaping. The estimate for our job was much lower than we expected for the complexity of the work. They arrived on time and didn't take a break until the work was done. One of the workers climbed the trees faster than a squirrel. They studied the possible trajectory of the falling branches with amazing accuracy. The falling branches were secured so that none of our existing landscaping was damaged. They hauled away the branches and left the property very clean. The three workers were very personable and professional. My husband and I were stunned at the level of skill these guys displayed. We wish we knew about them 7 years ago when we paid ten times more for work that wasn't nearly as difficult. We will definitely call Pro Landscaping when we need tree work in the future.

Jose's work far exceeded our expectations. We saw Jose and his assistant working on 70 ft. tall trees near our home and inquired about an estimate to remove dead vines that made the entrance to our property look unsightly. He gave us an estimate the same day and scheduled the work within 1 week. It might have been sooner but we were going to be out of town. Jose and his helper arrived on schedule and promptly went to work. They actually climbed the trees and meticulously removed the tangled mass of dead vines that had really compromised the curb appeal of our property. It's hard to believe that anybody could climb that high and fast with equipment in tow, but they did it. It took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. I've seen the equipment they use to climb trees on television but had never seen it in actual use. It's quite an experience. He noted that they also have a "guy with a bucket" for more involved work. We know a professional landscaper who worked with Jose on a job to remove numerous large trees and he was equally impressed with the quality of Jose's work. We had put this job off for too long, assuming it would be far more expensive than it was. We are so happy with the results and the cost.
