The overall experience was a B, but the product was an A. The service is an A, but the communication when you try to get them -- they don't work but certain hours and you have to leave a message and stuff -- it was kind of irritating. The product is really good and they guarantee -- it is a good guarantee -- that you pet will be confined. That is one hard thing to do. They came out and fortified the fence a number of times because I had one dog that kept getting out. So that is a 100 percent good deal. When they guarantee it they mean it. They went through fields and woods. They chopped roots and trees that were in the way, it was amazing. That's a good deal for that much fence. They are very punctual and prompt. It is a family owned business and you have to leave a message and then they office manager will call you back. Sometimes you play phone tag so it can be annoying. They are on time when you schedule but the original connection was a little rough. They are a little professional.
