The owner was very nice, he was very easy to talk to, and helped me understand everything they were going to do. The owner, Josh, came with his cleaning crew, and even did some cleaning his self. When they cleaned the kitchen, they made sure that everything was scrubbed, including the refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. They wiped down my baseboards, and walls. When they cleaned the bathroom, they made everything sparkle, and even got the stubborn soap scum off of my faucets. they vacuumed every room, and wiped all my baseboards and walls. I also requested them to shampoo my living room, and hall way carpet, and steam mop my tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom. The job was done with excellence. I couldn't believe how clean they got my house, and how little the cost was to me. When he came back to do my lawn, he did just as well of a job. He took his time and actually made sure everything was done thoroughly. Every time I have paid a company to mow my lawn, they always rush and miss all sorts of things. The one thing that every person I have hired previously has missed was the grass that grows up my fence. No one has ever taken the time to make sure there is no grass along my fence except for House Hoppers. I have finally found a company that offers great service, and has low prices. What is even better is all the different services this company offers, so I was able to replace 4 businesses I used previously with this one company!
