Previously I had made an appointment with HSTS on 10/29 to come out and clean out my septic tank on 10/31, but it didn't last that long I called HSTS around noon on 10/30 and Janet answered the phone. I informed her that I needed my tank cleaned out today, due to it backing up in the floor. Janet informed me that the crew would be at my house right after lunch.Janet was professional, understanding, very sweet and ever so helpful during the call. Steve and Darrel showed up a few minutes after 1pm. They quickly located the septic tank and uncovered it to get to the lid. The crew was very professional and courteous toward me. The job took about one and a half hours to find, uncover the lid, empty out the septic tank, and cover the lid back up (and the "stuff" even clogged their hoses--OOPS). Before the crew left they made sure everything was ok and working as it should. Before choosing HSTS I had shopped around and found them to be the cheapest service and well worth the money in just their professionalism alone not counting the job completed. I would recommend their service again and again, and will be using them for as long as they are in business.
