The job was quite poor.
My was request involved moving cabinets and I wanted a new spring/storm door installed at my front entrance and I fired him during the process. It was really that bad. I knew right away that what he was doing was not right. He was not reliable or dependable, never arriving when promised. When he first arrived he told me was injured and advised of what he could not do.
In one instance regarding one of the cabinets located beneath a counter, the technician had a partial frame built and tried to explained why installation could not happen. I offered a suggestion and he just indicated "I hadn't thought of that."
The worst part is that with the storm door there were very specific instructions of how to install, so clearly he had not read the instructions.
