G&T Grading & Septic CO

He was great. He really knows what he's doing about the way the water should go. The water was coming at us, like five and a half acres worth of water was hitting us and we were down at the bottom of this cul-de-sac. The water was hitting he side of the pool and coming to the corner of the house. He had to come in and basically regrade the whole landscape. We had to put in two retaining walls so he had to cut out a big chunk of ground and make the water go around, he had to reshape it. He basically had to re-excavate the plot to make the water go in a different direction instead of at the house. They put in an 18 inch EOT pipe and grates and different catch basins to flow into this pipe that goes all the way across the front of the yard down at a grade. You know hey probably had to dig 8 feet at one point to get it down so it could go at the corner. We would never sell the house if we didn't do it. We put a lot of money into that. He was a lot cheaper than some of them. They did everything above the book and he made it right when it wasn't. He got cancer so we had to wait for him to get treatment in order to continue the work.
