Evan guided us from our first meeting with clear written and spoken instructions as to what each step would be. He told us when to start looking for each item, when to order it and what to expect. He knew most of the companies we purchased our items from and they knew him which helped us decide what items would be best to have him install. He seemed to know how much information we could deal with each week and never gave us more than we could handle when ordering items. Because of that guidance everything came in at exactly the time he needed it to come in so that he could continue working each day. When we would pick out items that were over the originally discussed budget he would guide us to a more appropriate item that was as good or better. The websites he sent us to were priced in line with others and retail stores, but the items came on time and with all the parts needed. Each time we narrowed our selections down, we emailed him and he offered advice as to which would work best. We would never have known how many inches we needed between the back of the faucet and the backsplash or how high the faucet should be. Evan has an attention to detail that you will not find in any other remodeler. The best part is he can do everything involved and you do not have to get many different parties involved as we have done on previous remodeling jobs. I had seen his work in another home and knew that he is consistently in the neighborhood and would stand behind his work, which I doubt will ever be a concern. I will definitely use Fantastic Home Improvement on our next remodeling job in the future.
