I wouldn't have them again. I told him what had to be done and it had to be done exactly like that. The siding had to match the siding on the house. It was like 50 shades off. It was terrible. The siding on the house is a grey. He said this was grey but it was almost white. That didn't work. I told him that the roof had to be exact, we have architectural shingles. For the ones that he had put on the roof, he put on regular shingles. By the time they were done, that was when I noticed and it was too late. I asked him about that and he said, 'Well, if we had put on architectural shingles, it would have cost more.' I said, so what? I am the one that is paying for it. He did not do what I wanted and so, I was unhappy. I agreed to his pricing and I suppose his pricing might have been okay for what he did but he didn't do what I wanted him to do. Therefore, I didn't feel that it was worth what I paid him. He was upset because I had the inspector came over before he had put the siding on the side. when the inspector looked at the framing, he had to do it over again. The siding he had ordered was wrong and so I sent it back and he had to wait for the new siding to come in. He said if i hadn't ordered a new siding, he would have put the other siding and then the inspector wouldn't have noticed any problems. He just wanted to cover things up.

He does excellent work as far as the quality of the is concerned, he's excellent and the price is reasonable. Everything is excellent. When I get a big project like that, I will call him again.
