I had been experiencing intermittent cooling issues with the climate control system. Occasionally, the A/C did not seem to be cooling the vehicle properly. Eventually, when the A/C was operated, the compressor locked up which produced a screech as the compressor belt would slip around the pulley. I disengaged the climate control system to prevent further damage and took the vehicle to Dunn?s upon recommendation from another service provider. Stacy diagnosed the failure of the compressor
and compressor clutch. He was able to acquire a new compressor and install it the same day. The system now works flawlessly.
