They have been great. I do feel like they always want you as a customer but they will never give you the new member prices, you have to threaten to leave to get a better price. When I call them they are pretty good at responding.

I've never had to deal with their customer service. I would rate them B overall. I think their prices are too high. We have more than the basic package and have a lot of stuff but it's not good. The serviceman who came out was excellent. I'm thinking of using another service.

We have been with them for 2 years but I am not really happy with them because my TV freezes up. The sound continues but the picture won't move or the picture moves but there is no sound.
