Diaz's pressure cleaning

This is the second time I hired Ermelando to do pressure washing. This time I also hired him to paint the interior since we're selling our house.
Ermelando takes a lot of pride in doing a great job. He brought a team of painters who were polite, fast, and meticulous. I will be hiring him again to fix the painting job another painter we hired on Angie's List did at our new home.  The other painter is super nice and I like him, but he and his crew didn't do nearly as good work as Ermelando's team.

They were very prompt.  They did a fantastic job.  They were friendly and easy to work with.  They gave me a good discount; I think a 50 dollar discount the first time I used them.  There was a spot they were not aware of that they didn't see and I said can they get up there and get that area; they got their ladders, got up there and cleaned it up.  They were really nice.  I also had some bushes I was going to cut away from the house and they said there's no problem at all and they did it.  I wanted to be careful of the chemicals that are going to be used because I don't want to hurt the wildlife; so they use non-toxic chemicals.  They just do the outside because some company's do the outside and the inside.  They use their own water that is fantastic for me that's why I use them.  Their price is competitive; it's good.  They were right on time.
