He brought good quality treated plywood. built a new frame to put it in, peeled the linoleum back and then put it back down and replaced the molding. I watched him do it. He did great quality workmanship. He's done numerous jobs for us, and for neighbors after I recommended him and he did a large amount of work for our next door neighbor. His work is high quality and he's very reasonably priced. He's a pleasure to do business with, always shows up when he says he will. I won't use anyone else but him for any of our home improvement needs. He does about everything you can imagine and will always try to save you money when possible. I know we've found a very honest repairman and highly recommend him.
