He's very clean. He's very good, I like him. He's very professional. When I asked him a breakdown of the rooms, he gave me a breakdown for each room. We were looking at the prices. He used Sherwin Williams which is what I wanted and he did everything that I asked. When they did the railing outside, it was chipping. They sanded it down and painted it and then about 2 weeks later I noticed that it didn't look very good. The guys came back, no questions asked and repainted it.
