.Once I saw the shed window I was blown away about the change.  Just cutting the brick molding differently gave it a "cute" cottage feel..  He caulked everything.  Then adding all that river rock as the landscape mulch.  I had to balance that cottage with a gazebo and he used 6x6 for main poles.  He built it too last.  The fire pit is about 5 feet round with an opening in the middle for extra drainage.  The swing posts are large as those used in the gazebo.  All a shimmering white. The fire pit is far enough away from the house so it is like walking away from the tribulations down to pure relaxation.  Get to sit out there and enjoy the lightening flies.  Check out the pictures.. He not only pulled up the front plant beds,  he prepped the ground.  He actually pulled up the roots in each 3 beds, added lime and fertilizer then tilled it. My old plants have been there over 15 years. I lost count after 5 truck loads of roots that he removed. I am not good with colors or designs.  But Johnny has a eye for it.  He set up the flower beds in such a way that the lawn service would have an easier job.  Little things like taking the bed all the way back to the fence gate to reduce tight spots.  He selected new plants that would not grow too high for ease of maintenance and provided better visibility at the front door for security.  He builds thing to last.  The porch railings he built are using pressure treated 4x4's cemented in with a beautiful top cap and side design to match the theme of my house.  The side design can be easily replaced if needed down the road.  Those railings have saved me from failing twice now.  He is waiting for the wood to dry out before painting.  He used river bed rocks as the mulch. Dedicated a place for flowers that can be updated as  we go through the seasons.  The boarder used is made from recycled tires, bends easy and holds the rocks in place.  He used a scroll pattern for the front beds to give texture as you stroll up to the front door,  His work ethic is top notch and goal orientated.  My neighbors comment on how great the house looks now.  Give him a call and see what he can do for you.
