Concrete Repair
Carolina Specialty Coatings painted and sealed our garage floor (epoxy with colored flecks), driveway and sidewalk (stained and sealed) in December 2015. Greg Vorholt and Nate were very responsive. CSC was not the lowest bid, but I was impressed that they went the extra mile in coming out twice to discuss my project, encouraged me to go look at other projects they had done (which I did, and spoke with customers), accommodated our specific requests, and promised to stand behind their work.
There were several delays in the course of the project due to weather (rain, wind, cold weather) and they were very flexible in the scheduling and didn't try to rush things. They wanted conditions to be right to get the best results. There was one point where we had selected the concrete stain color from Sherwin Williams for the driveway and sidewalk and the color turned out significantly lighter and greyer than the online sample. Carolina Specialty Coatings went back the the supplier and got the correct color and re-stained the entire drive way and walkway with no complaint or discussion about any additional cost for materials or labor.
They were very conscientious and did a nice job. Everything looks great and neighbors stop to ask about it.
We would have no problem with prospective CSC customers coming by to see their work.
