On November 14th gave him 1/2 of cost of project 'to pay for concrete' and was told it would be completed on the 17th. 9 days later it is not near finished and the owner will not respond to text or answer phone. After I called him out on his depth the 22nd of November he shut off all communication. We will be turning over to an attorney to recoup our money and will never recommend this contractor. He displays dishonesty. He communicated very well until he got the check in his hand and cashed it----then communication stopped until I pushed his buttons with questioning his depth not being 4 inches- he sent one nasty reply and has ignored all texts and calls since then. Very rude-left trash in yard and oil leaked in street in front of our house from his vehicle- left it there to run off in drainage as well. Ignored all advice from the city inspector and failed to keep inspection appointment for the prep with the inspector. Thankfully, we have a contract and the copy of check he cashed as well as photos on this date with work not complete- driveway removed and not replaced. Other contract work had to be cancelled due to owner's failure to provide service promised.
Description of Work: Contracted owner- Robert Abrial to remove existing driveway and replace with concrete.

This guy and his crew did a HORRIBLE job. They lift numberous skip spots, pits and holes in the entire cement. They let the cement get hard and had to add water too it which left streaks because they water broomed it. The control joints has divots everywhere. Some joints are 1/2 inch wide while others are 1 1/4 inch wide. The radius is not consistant around the electric and service panel. There are cracks everywhere and he did the elevation so that the water drains toward my house instead of away from of it. He did not put expansion against the wall making it look very tacky. He left a HUGE mess. The list goes on and on. We tried to contact him several times and got blown off. I highly recommend that you do not use this guy.
