Our whole experience with the Bullocks was outstanding. When our phone call fell off hold, they tracked us down and called back! They estimated that they'd be here in a hour. When that was not going to be possible, they called to give us an update AND called again to let us know that they were on the way. Mr. Bullock and his son were business-like, yet friendly, caring, and approachable. They stayed to demonstrate that the pump was functioning properly. From phone call to completion, the process took less than 3 hours!
