All the details are written above. What I'd like to emphasize was the professionalism and quality of the work that Brian and Mike did. AFM Enterprises is a 2 man operation but they can do it all and extremely well. I think the proof is in the fact that we hired them to fix a leaky toilet and a year later they have taken our twenty year old home and transformed it into a way better than new construction house.
Description of Work: Multiple jobs: installed hardwood flooring throughout dining room, living room and library, remodeled kitchen cabinets, installed new backsplash tiling, under cabinet lighting, recessed ceiling lighting and painting; dining room chair rail, painting walls and ceilings, installed new chandelier and replaced all electrical plates and switches. They also took my old oak dining room table and refinished the top and it looks gorgeous. Living room chair rail, wall and cathedral ceiling painting, installed new baseboards throughout entire house. Remodeled powder room, guest bathroom which included painting, plumbing, new vanities and lighting. They completly gutted the master bathroom and transformed it into a gorgeous relaxing spa with huge soaking tub, frameless glass shower(glass installed by Atlantic glass), Moen shower system with overhead and hand held shower heads and four body sprayers, marble shower wall tile with river pebble floor tile, recessed lighting, vanity, mirrors, and wall sconces. They installed the "Easy Closet", designed by Easy Closets on line, perfectly; also recessed lighting and laid porcelain tile planks that look like wood in master closet and bedroom, more painting, new ceiling fans. They painted our garage floor with vinyl paint and installed Craftsmen cabinets, workbench, versa tracks on walls for tools and yard equipment and enclosed our water heater. Now they are working on the exterior of the house. First project was installing a breadboard ceiling on the overhang of the front porch, also installed ceiling fan and ceiling lights. Future projects will include repairing sidewalk and driveway cracks, sealing them, installing French drains where needed and painting the driveway. Replacing wood trim, wood post, and painting all trim. Next year it's the outdoor stuff and I can't wait to get started; screened/four season addition with grill, sink and small fridge, and maybe a pizza oven. Who knows, the possibilities are endless.
