Live trees removed in a professional manner.
After a month all debris has not been removed. 
Large dead tree on adjacent property not removed
4 dead trees at other end of property not felled.
After several phone calls, Mr. Foster lamented that he had underbid the job and was in the red.  He attempted to clean up some of the debris by himself with no help and tried to cut one of the dead trees by himself without success.  High winds prevented completion of the job at that time.  Deep ruts were left in the yard from the logging trucks which he declined to take care of.  He said he no longer wanted the big dead tree on the adjacent property for firewood that he promised he would remove.  The owner was promised that the tree would be removed when permission was given to fell the trees on his property.
Mr. Foster has done work on my trees at home at a lower rate than any other bid I received and did a great job.  This was why I recommended him to our community center board.
Mr. Foster also asked for his pay up front, which I foolishly did because I knew him and trusted him.  Big mistake since work has not yet been done as promised.
I may use him again at my home under close scrutiny but would never pay him in advance again.
