When contacted by phone was prompt in coming to look at job and give estimate. He suggested vegetation that needed to be pruned in order to place his ladders. The job was scheduled for the next week and took from 8 am to 4:30 pm  He arrived on time wtih adequate equipment. He took into consideration the sun when planning how to do the job effectively.. He used a drop cloth indoors and was careful not to damage garden plantings under windows. He worked quietly and was considerate of where we needed to  be in the house as he progressed through the job.  He removed all screens and storms to pressure wash. He used a self-contained tank in his van to apply the cleaning fluid. He scrapped off paint that was sprayed on the glass years ago. He answered our questions. The end result was perfectly clean windows.

They will be coming out again next week to do some more work. The quality of their work was good and they paid good attention to detail. They were extremely reasonably priced too. I was really pleased with how the carpets looked afterwards.
