Greenhouse and Nursery Service
first delivery prompt and placed correctly after cash payment. Second delivery called in and ordered and delivery was delayed. specific instruction was given that driver was to see me for instruction about placement of load. Driver did NOT see me and load dumped in wrong place. Also, sent two loads instead of the one ordered and wanted to overcharge. Deal was negotiated down to cost of the materials and second load was cancelled. Made a lot of extra work for me needlessly because driver did not dump load in correct place
and also they had a problem with a broken down truck which they failed to communicate by return call or at the time of the order. I was disgusted with their efforts and results. On the plus side the material was promptly delivered as ordered and placed correctly with the first load. Consistent performance they cannot seem to provide.
