He promptly fixed the problem at my rental and explained what he was doing to fix the blockage and also that the water bladder was stretched and making the pump run constantly. He advised me what the price was and when he would be done. I appreciated him taking the payment by phone so I didn’t have to go out of my way. I will hire him in the future if there is problems .

I called Robert in the afternoon to see if he was available to fix the trouble I was having with a floor drain backing up in the basement.  He was able to come out the same day with an assistant.  
Robert and his assistant diligently attacked the problem despite numerous obstacles.  There was an obstruction past the clean out in or near the pipe elbow that caused a couple of tool breakages when the drain cleaning machine was used.  It turned out to be a piece of iron left in place during past construction.  Despite this they found another means to gain entry to the pipe and clean it out with the machine.  Optionally I chose to have the pipe jetted as well in order to completely eliminate the blockage.
Water is flowing through the pipe normally now and we have had no further backup through the basement floor drain.  We're monitoring the situation due to the age of the pipe in question (it's 60+ year old iron pipe) but so far all is well.
I've used Robert on two other occasions and he has been prompt, professional, and courteous.
