+ -1 moreIt was applied so poorly that it starting coming off in the first strong wind. I called John Shaver and he said he would come and repair it. He never showed up. I started having leaks. I called repeatedly for several months, and he would not return my calls. He told me that the roof had a 40 year warranty, but that is no good if he won't honor it. Very poor work. Unprofessional. Stay away from this guy.
Description of Work: John Shaver is a stone mason who claims to be a roofing contractor as well. He quoted me a good price, so I got him to replace my roof. The metal roofing material was medium grade.
