It went very well. The seller is committed to customer satisfaction and I didn't enjoy asking for a refund because he runs an honest business. Nonetheless, the damage was done and I asked for a full refund which was provided pretty painlessly. Despite the screen mishap, the transaction was smooth, professional, and very timely. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to avoid the exorbitant cost/wait times of Best Buy and other large PC shops. Also, considering his willingness to refund over a mistake, I feel confident in saying that your electronics will be in good hands and that the owner will work with you should any concern arise.
