Refrigerator/freezer stopped working. Called company and left a message. Didn't hear back from them after 3 hours so I called again. Spoke w/ the owner who was very knowledgeable and gave us an estimate over the phone based on what we described was wrong w/ the fridge. Gary came out the next day. He called prior to arriving to confirm he was coming and even arrived a bit early! Gary was very professional and knowledgeable and quickly fixed the fridge. The company was wonderful to work with!
