After NOT EVEN 2 yrs. (product was to last 12+ years according to paperwork) had substantial chipping all over both decks. Placed NUMEROUS calls to Mr. Dillon and no response EVER. He even had someone from Rust-oleum come and look at HIS PROUD WORK when finished. Placed NUMEROUS calls to Mr. Dillon and no response EVER. He even had someone from Rust-oleum come and look at the finished deck. We paid almost $3,500.00 for this job and it looks worse than the faded deck prior to resurfacing. NO return calls, NO standing by the product, NO standing by his work and NO customer satisfaction. We need receipts to go back to Rust-oleum and he won't even provide them. We have been VERY PATIENT and given him ample time to at least call back. He even put the picture of our decks on his website...nerve!!!!

They were here I think it was the spring 2014 roughly.  He has a video on Youtube showing how to apply this product to coat your deck.  I think it's a Rustoleum product.  I was very impressed with the video so I called him up and he came out and he gave me an estimate.  We agreed to do the work.  He's a very personable guy, very nice guy.  He sends out this other clown who put the product on and the product clearly states to use a very short neck roller, and this guy had a really long neck roller when he put it on and I questioned him about it and he says, oh no no no no no.  Well, it doesn't look good, it's not laying right.  I will say Josh has come out twice and both times agreed to screen it and reapply.  I'm still waiting for him to do that.  Last year I followed up with him.  We had a lot of rain, I had my knee operated on, we had some other issues, I didn't follow up again.  I think the way we left it this spring get back in touch, okay fine.  I still haven't heard from him and about given up but we we were thinking we were so impressed with him we were thinking of using him for other work on the house, you know, he does painting, we were going to get a quote from him, but we were so disappointed I think he was waiting for us to go away and that is kind of what really happened.  It was probably over a grand ($1000).

Mr. Dillion is still refusing to come assess the issue at hand. He is also refusing to return my calls, in addition to his office staff, not returning me calls. Mr Dillion did speak with the home owner, in which he also gave the same excuses and showed lack of honesty,  as well as concern for his customers and investors.

We hired him in October of 2014. This was supposed to a six week project. We are now going into the 10th month. We need him to finish the work he started. He hasn't paid his workers so now there has been a lien place on my house.

Josh and his crews were AWESOME.    His estimate was very competitive with other prices we got but his demeanor sold us.  From working with him on these various jobs, we learned that he helps the needy in his community and that just proved to us that we had the right contractor.    Hardworker, trustworthy (we had no issues with him being in our home while at work) and responsive.   After the bathroom job, we had a problem where water wasn't draining properly.  Josh came out and spent many hours trying to figure out what the problem was at no charge.   We ended up calling a plumber and it ended up being our 50 yr old cast iron pipes and nothing to do with Josh's work.    He takes pride in what he does and wants his customers very satisfied...which we are.     We will definitely use him again!

He is wonderful. He is very professional; he keeps the homeowner fully aware of any issues that are going on. His estimates are very detailed and he communicates with you not only prior to the job starts but also during the job.
