We had a devil of a time getting someone out previously- to show up in one to do the work- and actually come out to quote the work in two others. Cory came out to quote the work and was on time. Once awarded, he scheduled the work pretty quickly and on our time frame. He showed up with the painters and they finished on time and did a great job. Cory did the other work himself and did a great job.

Great from start to finish.

I am considering using him. He is well experienced young man. He had some pretty good ratings in Angieslist. It took a little longer for him to get me the estimate and I told him that I was in no big hurry. He was here on time and he was a real pro.

This is the second time that we have worked with Cory and this experience was as good as the first. The repairs stated above were performed over several days due to our competing work schedules. None of the repairs were "emergencies," so in our opinion the work was completed promptly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of Cory's work and craftsmanship. He took great care in keeping the worksite clean, which we appreciated. We have already given him an additional list of future tasks to estimate for us.

Beat competing companies by about $1,000 on price and came in right on target with his invoice. Took about one week to start work based on his current work schedule. All work completed in three working days. Worked by himself, but brought in day labor help as required. Very impressed with Cory's attention to detail and thoroughness. Working on dry wall repair, he somehow matched his paint with the original paint perfectly. In replacing the pump house roof, he recommended a composite material that greatly reduced weight making access to the irrigation system a snap. Cory removed a corrugated metal under deck system and a significant amount of collected debris then replaced it with comparable materials. He also build a very creative gate for our deck that incorporates a creative hinge system that allows us to either swing open the entire gate or open it like a saloon door. Pricing included the removal of all debris and old materials. We really consider Cory to be "top drawer" and we'll call him first anytime that we have a handyman project in the future.

He has been here several times and is really good. I am pleased with his work.
