I had some dead branches by a street lamp. I didn’t know if that was the city's responsibility or mine. They said it was mine and said that they would do it for $125; I said no. Then they said that they would do it for $75 and I said no. They said $50 and I succumbed. The only problem is when I am back out there, I see remaining dead branches. Then they said they would cut it up into the size that the city garbage picks up, and leave it in the front and it would be picked up the next garbage day. I found out that the city will pick it up if it is in certain size bundles and bundled with string or twine, which means that the city won't pick it up. They said that it was suitable for city pickup and it was not suitable for city pickup. Then they said that the tree had a lot of ants, and said that they would cut the tree down for me that day for $500; I said no. They said $400; I said no and that was the end of it. They were in and out in minutes, and they came knocking on my door soliciting me. The responsiveness was good; I said I will give them $50 and they got right to work. I would not use them again in the future.
