The installer was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was most accommodating in providing me the opportunity to compare the sound of the new speakers with the existing speakers to get the best sound quality. Installing the sound system was fairly routine, but reprograming the RF remote proved to be a challenge in reinstalling on it all the necessary functions. The time for the total job was approximately 5 hours with most of that spent on reprograming the remote. Given that amount of time to complete the job, I thought the amount I was charged was more than fair.

The installation went very well. Intellitec was punctual, competent and very professional. They were very considerate of our being in the home while they were doing the work and cleaning up any messes from their work. After installation they responded promptly and professionally to some problems and questions that we had and resolved them to our satisfaction. Overall, our experience with Intellitec was excellent and we would not hesitate to use them again or recomment them to a friend.

In the late winter of 2012 we contracted with Tom Simon of Intellitec, Inc. to install an AV and security system in our new home. Tom did an excellent job in the face of some difficulties. Once installed, we discovered the AV system was experiencing interference from an unknown source in the house's electrical system. With diligence and persistence, Tom was able to resolve the problem with no extra cost to us. In helping us understand the system and in working out the inevitable bugs, Tom was always willing to come to the house in a prompt and customer-friendly manner to deal with any problems we had. He is an experienced professional with a strong work ethic and ethical approach to his customers. Overall, our experience with Tom Simon and Intellitec, Inc. has been excellent and we can recommend him without reservation.
