I'm a landlord in another state. I used Kenco for a small job previously with no issues,so when my tenant called me about an issue with the smoke alarm going off I didn't think twice about calling Kenco. It took them over a week to call me back to schedule. I asked for them to call me to advise what the problem was before any repairs. All I got was a bill in the mail for 1.5 hours of labor and a new smoke alarm to replace the apparently defective one (less than 1 year old). I would have thought this would be replaceable under warranty, but I was told they don't check that unless told beforehand. A little communication goes a long way. I will be looking elsewhere for any future electrical needs.

I was doing some computer work for a client with a home office who needed dependable network connectivity between the office at one end of the home and a small computer lab at the other end. Wireless connectivity was spotty, so I determined the most reliable and trouble-free route would be to run an Ethernet cable from the office to the lab. Being that the home was built in the 1930s, I also recommended that at least one electrical receptacle in each of these rooms be upgraded from the current 2-prong receptacle to a 3-prong grounded receptacle.
Having used Kenco in the past at my own home, I contacted them via email and got a response the next day. I was given a ballpark price for the job and agreed to have Kenco do the work the following week. Kenco electricians Leon and Daniel arrived on-time and I went over what I needed to be done. They quickly got to work and stayed busy the entire time. They kept to the 3-hour budgeted time frame and did a great job cleaning up. My client and I were both very pleased with their work.

I contacted Kenco using their website and was almost immediately called by a representative who scheduled the service call for the next day. The electrician arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely use Kenco again.

,Totally dependable. Have been using them routinely since 2005. They are my and quot;go toand quot; for anything electrical. We would all like cheaper plumbing and electrical service, but Kenco is competitive with others and completely dependable. They are value for the money.

I was concerned when the breaker reset after using the leaf blower and very pleased that they were able to come and check everything the same day. Technician was professional and friendly.

They were great. They even took away my old lights. They were neat and organized. They gave me no problems. I would highly recommend their services to others.

Nice and friendly people are how I would describe them. They also seemed to know their work quite well. I am very satisfied and have not had any trouble with my electric service. I believe I paid around $500 and I feel that is a reasonable cost.

Everything was fine with the installation and the people. The only thing I regret is that this raised my light bill like you would not believe. It was just unbelievable. Now, it was great heat and it was very nice and clean. It was just the bill that I did not like. Everyone with the company that I have dealt with all treated me very nicely. They are all very gracious employees.

The man that put in my heat pump system referred them to me and I thought they did a good job. They said they would get the job done in a day and they did. They were very professional and polite.

I was not a happy camper with our experience with them. The guys were not very punctual for starters as they were about an hour late. After they finally got the generator hooked up, they said that my furnace that I had them inspect, was not working properly. I was also told that I needed to get someone out as soon as possible to look at it. I called the company that I have used in the past to come out and look at my furnace and he told me that the only thing that was wrong was that they flipped the wrong switch. I was not happy after having to pay for that unnecessary service call. Initially, I did go downstairs to show them what switch they needed to use and they used the wrong one. I will say one thing; they were very polite through everything.

THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK AT A VERY GOOD PRICE. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND TIME SCHEDULE AND KEPT BOTH OF THOSE. THEY WORKED HARD TO GET THE LIGHTS UP AND WORKING.

I have hired them in the past, and I am planning to hire them in the future. Kenco has been very accommodating over the years. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
