Hauser Hort

Before Devon Hauser began servicing my lawn, I had the most perfect lawn I have had in many years. Lush, green, the envy of the entire neighborhood. I just needed someone to make the proper applications when they were supposed to be applied. Things were going OK until Mr. Hauser came out to do a weed control application. He used either the wrong chemical or an out-of-date or contaminated one; in any case he ended up completely killing approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of my grass in splotches all over the yard. He made some attempts to revive it with more chemicals, but only made the problem worse. He kept saying that he would "make it right". His next solution was to re-sod the dead areas. Rather than use bought sod which is even and thick, he just dug up some grass in clods from a field (his own admission) which he tried to lay down. He attempted only a part of the yard, luckily, because at this point the yard was partially dug up, had lumpy clods of clay with a little grass in them and bare holes in between. The whole yard was becoming more and more of a disaster, until I finally gave up on him, fired him and have had to hire a professional at a huge cost to me to try to come in and re-landscape and reseed the entire yard. This guy seems a nice enough person, but he doesn't have a clue about what he's doing, and can completely wreck a beautiful lawn. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
