I called lm to call,he called me back within 24 hrs we set up a appt within the week.He called before he came out and was a time...look @ dishwasher fixed problem,was on his way.I thought great service was dead! WOW I would use him again and would recommend to all my friends

I called at closing time with a message that my refrigerator was not cooling anymore. By noon the next day Scott Gentry had gottten more details of the problem and was here to fix it. He was clean, quick and thorough. Scott identified the broken part immediately, got a new one from his van, and within 30 minutes my refrigerator was fixed and back together. It is now working beautifully!
His service call and the part together came to only $115.00. When I have had appliances fixed in the past, it was much more than that.
I was very impressed with his quick response, ability to identify the problem and fix it so quickly, as well as the entire experience with his handling of my problem.

It is not a large corporation or anything but is an individual business. He was punctual, reasonable, reliable and just very likable young man. It had to be several call backs on the ice-maker because it was a funny little thing that was happening to it and it was somebody who had come out to do it but couldn't fix the problem. Then he was recommended to me by a friend. I have no complaints whatsoever with him.
