They are knowledgeable and personable folks. They have good intentions, but get behind and rush to finish leaving "stuff" poorly done or "forgotten." I tried to work with them. Did a couple of call backs, allowed them to do more work as a "carrot" to get the original work done properly. Bottom line . . . I was treated unfairly; work was not finished to my satisfaction nor as promised. I have since hired another outfit to do what they did not do. This entire experience made me realize that good intentions and agreeable personalities are NOT enough. The end results: I was overcharged, not told the truth, told work was finished when it was not finished and did not get good value for my money. Promises were made but the end result was not as promised. I cannot recommend this outfit to anyone else. I have waited nearly a month hoping they would come through and do the job(s) correctly. It didn't happen and I was very disappointed.
The other thing that bothered me was the fact he asked my daughters out on a date ( they were 17 at the time)...totally unprofessional.
Another problem with this outfit is that they only accept payments in cash, will not accept checks / credit cards.
