SUN DELIVERY INC

The 2 delivery men were friendly, and the communication from the company prior to delivery was great. Then it all went bad. In carrying the dresser up the stairs, they significantly damaged the walls. They didn't take my suggestion to remove the drawers first, and also they didn't stop and re-evaluate when they realized the amount of damage they were doing. They did a shoddy job assembling the furniture. They DROPPED my two nightstands on the sidewalk. They didn't know that I saw this and lied to me and told me the 'damage must have happened when the other guys loaded the truck'. There were a couple more minor issues. In their defense, they paid me the exact financial compensation that I requested after sharing the above information with them. However, I thought the Rick Phillips, President, was pretty unprofessional, and he stopped just short of calling me a liar in his reply to my complaint. He referred to my mention of 'Angie's List' as a threat to publicly embarrass him.
