I needed a new water heater and knew exactly what I needed but most places wanted to charge $50 or $60 just to come look at what I had before they would even give me a quote. Robert was upfront with the price, worked around my schedule and installed my water heater the same day (even in the rain). I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would recommend him to anyone.
