About us
I am a one man owner and painting contractor with 37 years experience, specializing in residential home owner houses one to one and a half stories high. I use a get acquainted meeting to start with references and insurance certificate if required. Will assist in color selection, advise, and a written detailed contract signed by both parties. Full payment is required at end of small (1-4 day) jobs. Longer jobs will be partially billed at a specified period with final at job completion. I will work with you and your financial circumstances any way as reasonable as possible. I work primarily on referrals and offer rewards for those resulting in more work and financial intensives for those you refer. I work as a friend, not a company, with old school morals and values and I guarantee my work 100%.

I do some small sheet rock repairs(1-3 foot holes) and very minor carpentry and refer trusted pros. for anything more substantial. I will also work on exteriors two stories high on occasion. I do rental repainting for personally owned properties.
