We had seen Jasper's work before and knew that we wanted to talk to him about building us a dining room set.  We picked the wood and the finish and the upholstery from his samples.  He told us the set would be ready in 2 weeks and it was.  He had the table deconstructed for ease of transport but it was very easy to put together.  We didn't need him to deliver or set up so i don't know if that would have delayed the delivery at all.  As it was, in two weeks we ate dinner on the table we'd envisioned.  We'd originally ordered two benches and four chairs, but after receiving them we decided we had room around the table for two more chairs.  We ordered them and had them in just a week or two.  We've had the set for a couple of months now and like it better all the time.  Unfortunately our puppy spent some time chewing on the trim on one chair.  When I called Jasper to see about a replacement piece, he said he'd send two or three in case the puppy tried it again!  That's about the best customer service we could have hoped for.
