Ted was a wonderful resource. He was creative, easy to work with, and very professional. If I had a question, he came back with multiple ideas and suggestions to address my needs.

Ted was very fair as it relates to pricing and I am completely satisfied with the quality of his work. His responsiveness was very impressive, even after the job was done.

I am using Ted again for new projects because I trust him and his work.

I met Ted 3 years ago when I hired him to remodel a bathroom.  The project involved removing windows, taking down walls between closet and bathroom and moving around all the plumbing and building cabinets.  He did an incredible job.  He kept the worksite as clean as possible, showed up when promised and worked long days and weekends to complete the project.  I was so thrilled with the outcome, I had him remodel my kitchen and then rebuild my deck.  When he was doing the deck he found extensive wood rot where the old deck connected to the house, he repaired all that too.

I recently moved to Florida and had a shower redone here.  The workmanship was so shoddy, I stopped construction and asked Teddy to come down and fix it.  He did.  He removed the work, and rebuilt the shower AND he did it in less than a week.  

I grew up around construction and worked as a realtor for many years.  I recognize quality when I see it.  Ted is a master.  I highly recommend him.  If you're shopping for the lowest price, Ted isn't your contractor.  But if you're looking for a moderate priced job with superior quality your search can end here.  I trust Ted completely to do the job right without shortcuts.  He is ethical and honest.

I enjoyed working with Ted because he was very transparent about pricing. I got a few estimates from other contractors and was shocked at how little detail they would give when providing an estimate. They refused to discuss layout, finishes, or provide a more concrete estimate without requiring some sort of contract and deposit. Ted is the opposite- he was very willing to break down the cost of labor/raw materials from finishes. He was also very hands on with designing the layout (without charging a design fee like some of the larger contracting companies). I also managed to save a lot of money on tubs, lights, and other finishes from his supplier suggestions.

When it came to the renovations, Ted was very professional and let me know immediately if any issue arose during his work. I am very particular when it comes to detail, and Ted was very patient with my questions and requests. Everything came out wonderfully, and I was able to sell my house very quickly because of the high quality workmanship.

Ted was wonderful.  He was responsive to my original inquiry and delivered a quote quickly.  During the remodeling, I made changes to the original plan and Ted quoted costs for these changes.  He also was involved in the project, making suggestions (good suggestions) to make the finished product better.  Ted is a true craftsman and is a perfectionist.  When working on the deck, he discovered a problem to the house where the deck attached, he informed me immediately and outlined my choices to repair the issue.  I also found Ted to be very ethical, conscience and trustworthy.  He gets 2 thumbs up in my book.
