I handle every aspect of my company from initial visit to pulling the permit (if required) while buckling the tool belt on to final inspection. I am confident with my ability that on certain roof repairs that i offer no payment until it is proven that the leak will not occur by being tested by the next rain. My primary role is to obtain the finished project that gets established through meetings with the customer and work together to create an accurate bid to achieve the desired outcome.On sizable projects payments are broken up into stages which involves customers to get their approval prior to issuing a draw which ensures that they are receiving what has been envisioned.
