He did a great job, got up mostly all of the stains in our carpets, even though they had been there for quite some time. I would definitely hire him again!

Fantastic. The carpet was a tough one to clean and it came out great. The bathroom tile grout looks like new. It saved me fro. Regrouping the tiles.

Eddie saw the condition of our carpet and went with the shampooing. The work took a few hours to complete and afterwards the carpet looks amazing. Highly recommend this company.

The owner of the company was very professional and pleasant to talk with.  He only had to do the carpets in each bedroom.  I have berber carpet and it dried quickly and looked very nice.

He put all the small furniture on the bed which I did not appreciate. Other carpet cleaners I have used in the past has put plastic paper under the legs of the furniture which I removed the next day. It was very hard for me to take the items from the bed and put them on the floor. The bill came to 190.00. My husband gave him 200.00. He told my husband he only had 2.00 so he kept the other 8.00. That was not right for him to do. He told advantage of my husband. I will not hire him back.

It was fine. He was on time. He did a pretty good job. He was well priced. He was polite and all. He was a little faulty at time. I think he struggled at that but it didn’t have any effect on the result.

Eddie & Debbie arrived early to carpet clean my entire home. I was very impressed with them, not only did the do a excellent job but they went above and beyond my expectations. In the past I have used Stanley steamer and I will never again use anyone but Eddie and Debbie. I have already told a friend about them and would recommend them to everyone. All I can say is how impressed I am with them and a big thanks for the awesome work they did.

Mr. Craven arrived early and was ready to work upon my arrival.  He evaluated the requested areas and worked quickly and professionally cleaning our carpets.  He proved a detailed explanation of his services, their benefits, and differences from other services.  Throughout the process he was the consummate professional.  He even evaluated other areas that I thought might need his service's attention, and told me that there was no need.  Such honest recommendations are a rarity today.  I will not hesitate to use his services again for carpet, or hardwoods or tile, and will definitely recommend him to others in my area.

Heaven's Best is privately owned, and they don't use chemicals.  Since we are old people, we don't like chemicals in the cleaning solution.  In comparison to similar services, their pricing is reasonable.  They are prompt, courteous, and respectful of the house.

Everything went very well. He worked hard and well. He was early and on time, reasonably priced. The carpets had some stains and discoloration, but he got them looking good.

I have had my carpet cleaned many times, never by the same company because I have never been completely satisfied with the results, and for other reasons relating to not showing up on time or not showing up at all.  The last company I used with one of those coupons that come in the mail left black streaks on my carpet because he was having trouble with his cleaning machine  that day.  One highly rated company connected to our water supply and the hose was not connected properly and it leaked water on the bottom floor of my house and they didn't even apologize or offer any compensation for the mess they made. ( I'm talking about a lot of water). The gentleman who cleaned my carpets today was very professional and on time, but most important was the wonderful job he did.  I didn't really know what "clean carpets" looked like until he did the job.  My carpet is about 11 years old and it looks brand new.  I'm so happy with this job  that  I will never use anyone else to clean my carpets.  And, he didn't even have to use my water; his truck and equipment are totally self-contained.  Thank you Heaven's Best for a wonderful job!    I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Craven was prompt and no nonsense- get to it- professional. He was fast and did a great job.  I have cats who leave spots (hairball) on the carpet and have older berber type carpet.  He removed ALL the spots (and they were there for some time!) and the carpet looks great.  I did have him clean a wool throw rug and for whatever reason, it didn't clean up as well, but it is still cleaner than it was! And I am not displeased with the results. I felt that I more than got my money's worth and I will be using him again and again. I'd highly recommend his services. Refreshing to have a good professional and a good bargain for your money and good outcomes!
