BOWMAN'S SIDING & WINDOWS

Bruce came out promptly when called to give an estimate to replace our windows. He is not much of a salesman, and there were no high pressure tactics used. He just told me the price, and I thought it was reasonable (halfway between the "best" price of a high end dealer, and the price of a low end "fly by night" organization.) He had them all installed in two days. His crew actually spent more time doing the vinyl siding outside the window to make it look good than he did putting in the windows. He told me that he would start in about two weeks (it took that long for the windows to be ordered and shipped), but he was able to begin the job early. He was frequently in touch by phone to let me know the status of the order and to tell me when to expect his crew. He was prompt, courteous, and clean. The quality of the work was outstanding. One factory ordered trim piece came in the wrong size, and he was able to fix the problem promptly and to my satisfaction with a new piece.
