I can give fairly accurate estimates over the phone if you can describe the job thoroughly, I will ask a series of questions to obtain the list of work required and use my extensive experience to give a "ball park" estimate. Unless you specifically request for a "in house visit" estimate which may be subject to cost of gas if the service is for a future date. I am willing to subcontract. Insured for Gen. Liability for household repairs.

Services we don't offer
Household- in wall electrical, past the drain plumbing, roofing shingling, anything under 1 foot digging (all these require by law a special license) Automotive- no front or back windshield replacing, no major overhauls on engines or transmission (these are high liability repairs)
