ACTION APPLIANCE REPAIR SVC

The ice maker in our GE refrigerator stopped making ice. After scanning Angie's List for possible repair persons, we settled on Action Appliance Repair, because of its high ratings. I called in the morning and had a firm appointment in the afternoon. Owner/Operator Stan Russo was on time, diagnosed the problem, a burned out motor, and replaced the part from the supplies in his truck. Action Appliance Repair lives up to its name. Stan Russo is honest and trustworthy. You bet I will call him again should his expert service be needed in our house. I encourage any who are in need an appliance repaired to call Action Appliance first.

If there was an A+++, I would give the guy who did the appliance. It was just a wonderful experience. My dryer was messed up. Originally, I had called him to come out to check that. But while he was out here I had wanted him to take a look at my washing machine, which he did. But we ultimately did the washer, the dryer and the ice maker on the refrigerator. During that time he not only repaired what I needed repaired, but allowed me the time and helped me to vacuum out and clean the inside of these areas. We did spring cleaning inside of my dryer. When he left, not only had I vacuumed it out, but I had wiped it down. It was totally cleaned out. He just went above and beyond everything. While I was doing something, he even took the vacuum cleaner and vacuumed some for me. I don't think I could have had a family member to do it. There were other things that he worked on. I said, "Well, my ice maker was not working." He said, "Well, let me look at it while I'm here." My ice maker had not worked for several years and now it's absolutely working. The cost was way below what I would have expected. Price-wise, he is more than fair. My washer and dryer are in like a closet. We had both of those out and I went inside and cleaned the entire area, vacuumed down the walls, scrubbed the floor, did the baseboard. I'm talking about total cleaning. He was here only for probably about an hour. I was so excited when he left. It's hard to get anybody to help you do that, even somebody in your own family. I said, "Well, I know you're busy and I know you need to go. Do you mind if I vacuum this one?" He said, "Go ahead. Just go ahead. While you're doing that I'll work on this over here." He was just wonderful. He is a go-getter. At no time did he ever stand and wait. He was always doing something the entire time he was here.
