They were awesome! From the time they took my call, getting someone out to be, and fixing my well was excellent. I was amazed at the price as well. This company is wonderful and being so friendly and reliable is a bonus. I will refer them for sure

Spoke with Heather who was very nice and pleasant to deal with. She got me set up for my appointment right away. Matthew showed up on time for the job and had it wrapped up in no time. He was vey nice and knowledgeable and explaining how and why my holding tank needed replaced and no mess was left behind. I highly recommend!

I called the minute I realized I was out of water. I spoke with this lovely woman named Heather who was eager to help me. She made a few calls and had her workers out the very next morning. Shortly after, my water was back on. I would recommend action well and pump to anyone. Great, fast, and sufficient service.

Action Well And Pump sold and installed a device on our well pump that is suppose to eliminate well water odor. They guaranteed that it would work (The Conversation Was On Speaker Phone And Several People Heard His Wife Guarantee It Would Work). After a few weeks the odor is as bad as ever. We paid $750.00 for this device installed. They told me they would send me an address to ship it back to them for a refund however we have not heard from them. I have called to request the address and get an answering machine. These people were very rude when we called and ask for a refund. If you hire Action Well And Pump GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!

"We installed the sulfur eliminator for you on 11/23/20. You called my office 1/15/21 to let me know the smell had returned. I asked if you could go out & check a few things & you wouldn’t (this is a very homeowner friendly product we sell across the US) I told you I would put you on my schedule & get by there when I was in the area. On 1/22 your wife called I explained same thing to her. Then your daughter called, she advised me that she was going to kick my a** & called me several derogatory names. Names I can’t even mention. Mitch called back to say due to the nature of the threats & derogatory statements we would not be coming to your property but if you mailed the product back I would issue a full refund. 1/25 you called wanting us to come out & we told you no because of what took place still offering a full refund. 1/26 you called & left me a message I returned your call. You advised you wouldn’t be sending the product back & that I could keep my money. People without water are my first priority and you had supposedly been living with the bad smell for years. Not sure why you waited 2 months to call. I guess because I didn’t jump when you commanded I get left a nasty review when I offered to fix and then offered a refund. I’ve been in business 35yrs and have thousands of happy customers!"
