Bill is a top proâ does what he says and when he says heâ ll do it at a fair price. He installed outlets and electrical for our new island, installed under cabinet lighting throughout the kitchen, and got power to our new overhead range hood. Also installed new outdoor lighting in no time. Highly recommended.

When Bill started the job he gave us a price of what he thought it would be and said he would communicate with us ANY cost going forward. At the end of the day the cost was 3X what he said! We asked him to wrap it up, and we would pay him the total even though we WERE NOT happy about it (it went from $250 to $700) When he finally wrapped it UP he added another 500 dollars to equal $1,200. We settled at $1000.00! We still do not have the initial problem we called him out to fix, fixed.

"They asked me to repair an issue that could not be done without troubleshooting as I went. I was improperly installed to begin with and had been in need of repair for years. They were consulted several time regarding cost. I asked each time if they wished to continue. I asked if they wished to continue or abandon each time and advised of cost to date.. I was able to get some of it working except for an irrigation pump that had rusted beyond repair. These people prey on working people and should be avoided . After finding out they hired other electricians who did not complete this work It did not surprise me they tried to beat me out of an agreed upon price."

Bill did a small commercial job in Charlotte for us on short notice, then did a fairly large commercial project in Winston-Salem on very short notice, His prices are reasonable; the work was done quickly and on time. Will definitely call Bill again.

Bill Muncy responded promptly to our initial call. Once we described what we needed (install 2 sconce lights on a dimmer switch), he gave us a very reasonable quote. On the job he explained what he was doing as he worked, and cleaned up as he went. The end result was exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely use him again for any future electrical projects.

Bill was great! We hired him to run electrical to a shop 100' + from our house. He quickly gave us a quote, returned when he said he would and completed all work efficiently, effectively and for the price he quoted even though he had to purchase additional materials. Would recommend to anyone - he is a great person and he really knows his trade. He will definitely get the call for any future project.

Quote over the phone for replacing/installing 7 light fixtures, 1 new closet light and a ceiling fax was $500, 1 days work. He installed 6 of the 7 light fixture replacements. He tried to install the ceiling fan which he could not get the fan to work correctly (a second electrician looked at it and got it to work in 5 minutes); it took him hours with the ceiling fan. He broke parts of it and went to Lowes to beg for replacement parts. He worked from 8:30 to 6:00. Which is a long day, but I have 2 lights that still need to be installed. I'm looking elsewhere.

"She was a very difficult customer. I constantly rehung every fixture several times for as little as a quarter inch. The broken fan part was a glass globe that she provided and came out of the box broken. Everything worked well when I left. I don't think I could have done anything to please her. If she had expressed her displeasure to my face I would not have accepted payment"

Without a doubt Mr. Muncy will be my first call if I need electrical work in the future. He arrived as promised and did an outstanding job on hanging my outdoor ceiling fans. over the past 4 months we have been renovating our home and we worked with numerous contractors, all good. Bill however was just a step above; he's bright and creative and treated the project as if he was working at his own home....just allot of pride behind everything he did. We were very lucky to find Bill and wouldn't ever think of using anybody else going forward.
