"I first contacted the owner and scheduled for them to take a look at my yard for a spring clean up. They came by and gave me an estimate and we worked out a date sometime in the next week. The next week comes around and I hear nothing from them. They contacted me a couple of weeks later after I left a voice mail and said they were sorry about not contacting me and were in the area, asking if they could do the work. I agreed.
