Overall, I like him.  He comes about every other week.  (though this year that's been tough with the rain...)  If I have complaints is that he does not have a dedicated phone line for his business.  He shares the phone with his family which I can understand in this day and age.  A dedicated phone line with a greeting stating the company would be nice to ensure that you called the correct phone.  This is not a deal breaker in my opinion as that seems to be the norm for a lot of small business here in Western NC.  The only reason I've marked him down on responsiveness was because last year we asked that he not use Round up on our property and in the intervening time he forgot (this I would think would have been noted on his notes for our property.) Well I've reminded him of that and said that if he needs a roundup type product we would supply it for him.   There is an organic alternative that was found by my wife.  All an all I like his service, he does not get upset if we miss him when he cuts the grass an don't have a check waiting.  Would I recommend him for my neighbors home?  Yes... definitely.

I would recommend them.  They are fairly flexible. They have good prices.
