After leaving a message over the weekend, the company owner, Tim, was very prompt with returning my call and meeting me the next day. He arrived on time and as agreed upon. I drove him to a nearby home that we are interested in copying the style of. Once returning to our home he let me know that he would get in touch with several specialists that he knew to get me a quote for the work. Having done previous work with them I had high expectations to do more work with them on this home. The expectation of some follow up for a quote as was agreed upon, but never received. We were fully prepared to spend $20-25K for the work. We will be using another contractor. I would consider calling him for future small jobs, however, would not recommend this company to a friend.
Description of Work: I contacted this company for a quote on a full exterior remodel on our home. We have previously used them for roofing/vinyl repairs and were very satisfied.
